Riftborn

After overcoming the trials at the House of Whispers, Ori has proven his loyalty and risen as one of their elite Ghosts. Now a hired gun with few equals, he has his pick of jobs across the valley, but not all is well. Wracked by guilt over the bodies left by his promotion, Ori’s doubts about his position are only compounded when he finds a cryptic cipher left by his missing teacher pointing to a conspiracy within the House.

To unravel the mystery, Ori travels to the Reaver Deserts, a wasteland of cutthroat scavengers in the shadow of a rift, where he encounters new faces and old foes, and learns that the sins of his past aren’t so easily forgiven. But as he traverses the unforgiving wastes, he discovers they hold an ancient secret that could reveal the true nature of rifts, and that his enemies will stop at nothing to harness its power.

With the clock ticking down towards the explosive birth of a new rift, Ori must uncover the truth hidden in its destruction and chart his own path before everything he loves is swept away under a tide of light.
